Evolve Fitness Studio - Gym in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

Its been almost 6 months that I have joined this Gym based on a established Physio's recommendations. I just love the way the program is set for every individuals. Since I am a marathoner and have been an athlete so my demands was pretty high on training and I am more than happy to get beyond my expectations. All the 3 trainers are equally qualified and will stay with you till you overcome your challenges. The biggest challenge for any trainer is to make a correct assessment and make a program addressing the candidates weak areas. I am fortunate to be trained under this people and looking forward to a great marathon season 2023-24.

I joined this gym during my month-long stay in Kolkata on a friend's recommendation. This is a nice establishment and the trainers are very knowledgeable, committed, attentive and friendly. I wanted to improve my Olympic lifts and the trainers help identify the gaps with my basic movements and help me improve upon my technique. They help understand the science behind the moves and as a whole they focused on my mobility, strength and conditioning. They understand everybody is different and need different training and conditioning regime which is definitely a solid plus and I would recommend this fitness studio highly.

I was in Kolkata only for a month when I joined this gym. I had a knee injury and I needed to work on it and trust me I couldn't have found a better place than this gym. The trainers are amazing and helpful and guide you throughout. It was a great experience and a must recommend!

If attention to details was a place this would be it. The trainers will make sure you understand what exact muscle of your body is working when you're doing a specific exercise. Each workout session is explained and observed closely atleast by one of them. Definitely one of the best if not the best fitness studios in Kolkata I've experienced.

Go for this gym eyes closed! I've been here since January and can clearly feel the transformations in my fitness levels. Highlights: i) extremely knowledgeable trainers who know what they are doing ii) they pay close attention to your workouts and keep correcting you till you get it right, and then help you maintain form (you get 3 personal trainers without even opting for it, trust me) iii) they diagnose any weaknesses you have in your body and help you overcome them iv) they don't just focus on bodybuilding or blind weight loss but round it up with mobility, rehab, strength training and cardio. They don't recommend fad diets either. v) nobody at the gym is busy clicking selfies or gossiping, the perfect environment you need to stay motivated Anyway, these are just what I saw, I'm sure if you go through the other reviews you'll find more reasons to join this gym.

My relationship with Evolve began from the very first day but I want to write about the people associated with it. They don't just leave you with a exercise chart like other gyms do instead they guide you in each and every step and teach you the proper way movement and training. The treatment you get the first day they treat you same way even after training for so many months there. Each and every trainers in the gym motivates you right from the moment you step in the gym and inspires you to become a better version of yours. I have been there since the birth of the gym, they understand my need and accordingly they helped me. You ll never feel alone here someone or the other is always there to help you and coordinate accordingly. Trainers r well educated that's mean they know what there doing and they are very strict

It's been a months since I've been working out here and I'm having an amazing experience. The trainers here are highly qualified and have a unique workout for each and every individual and give a lot of attention to their clients. The atmosphere at evolve is quite motivating which adds to the pump before every training session. In short, it ticks off all boxes while choosing a gym and I would recommend it to the person reading this.
