We are Australian travelling through India. The staff, family owned, is always there knowledgeable and professional. A very friendly and inclusive place for foreigners with great equipment, feels really good to workout there . I highly recommend. I got to practice yoga with these fabulous ladies !
Best gym in the town. I am a kick boxer and whenever I have a competition or a championship I get the best training here by the best and friendly trainer. All the medals I got are just because I am trained well here. Friendly atmosphere I am extremely overwhelmed here
The equipments they talk about are only in men's section. Lack of ventilation, fans and ac don't work properly. Indisciplined, and the trainer for girl's gym is just there for her own training, she doesn't even bother to look around whether someone is doing well or not. And most importantly lack of concern regarding health, the trainer herself encourages women to take fat burner without having a proper knowledge how harmful those supplements can be for women in future. If you cannot provide a proper diet chart, don't claim it in your advertisement as well. The experience was bad. No one is paying you less than others, so stop favouring a few for the sake of friendship.
Best gym in Amritsar, Yuvraj and his family are very kind and welcoming and even give tips as you workout. Definitely recommend!

The upper gym is amazing, has efficient equipments. But whenever we pass by the lower girls gym, they are just blasting reckless music at the highest that sometimes it feels so intolerable even from far. And the female trainer can always be seen gossiping or doing her own thing. The girls gym really needs some improvements and maintenance so others can also enjoy a pleasant environment
