Coach is very supportive. Best gym in the area. Manjeet sir is giving attention to all of the trainers personally. I got the best diet plan from him to reduce my weight.

Great place to workout. Helped me transform my physique. Lost 30 kgs. Both Manjeet bhaiya n Raj bhaiya helped me during my training. If you are serious about fitness thn you should visit evolution fitness.

Rating it for future reference so that I don't end up going to this gym again

Not recommended for beginners. The gym trainer manjit does not give proper attention whether we are doing the workout correctly or not. Not at all recommeded for beginners. Also buy supplements from outside, strongly recommend not to take from him. He fools u n charges extra.

Very basic gym with very few instruments to work upon most of which are not greased or are non-functional. There is no assistance from the trainer in the exercises.

Best gym good owner and best trainner best environments

Nice and incredibly affordable.Location is nice and situated in good market.It has good fitness environment.
