My first experience with the gym and everything is clean and hygienic. trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help us. The workouts are fun with the good equipments, my trainer Mahesh sir is interactive and friendly person , if you looking for a prime gym near kumaraswamy layout then this is the best place, good vibes.
So I have been coming to this gym since 4 years, but I haven't been regular. The equipment and the trainers at this gym help me reach my fitness goals.I am currently taking personal training from Mahesh sir, I think every new joiner has to take PT atleast for a month or two as the form, the breathing technique and the push forward motivation provided does you wonders.I would recommend this gym to anyone starting off their fitness journey or looking for a new gym for a change.

Stepped into evolution fitness a week ago and BOOM. The gym obviously surprised me with the most advanced equipments and fully packed. Guys you gotta see the gym yourself. Probably the most clean and healthy and hygienic environment friendly gym in the area you will see in today's date. Oviously the gym is fully compact with air conditioners on both the floors separated by crossfit and cardio section and the lifting section on the upper floor. The best thing is the motivation you get from the most bindaas friendly and motivational fitness trainers in this gym. The knowledge and experience they have tho. And the most important thing is it has so much space that you need to walk on the different machines.
By far the best facility around Kumaraswamy Layout. This location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Evolution fitness to anyone. Special mention to my fantastic trainer Mr Anand he is the best mentor to train around with.
