Best gym in this area as other gym don't have enough space and full of rush . In this gym also you can see rush in alternate months but compared others it's better.

Go to place for you fitness activities...Has equipments for strength,cardio and CrossFit activities...Especially the outdoor green CrossFit zone where one can do activities in fresh air. It was a very good.

A great place to start your day with. Fantastic gym! Lots of high standard equipment! Trainers are well educated, the way they train and the encouragement they give motivates us to work more hard. Worth your every single penny ! Right place where transformation goals can come to reality..!

Have been wanting to go for Gym, from very long time and found this newly opened Gym. The cardio quipment really amazing and very unique which we usually don't find in many gyms. And there are different floors for strength training and Cardio which is the best part where you don't find all the crowd at one place. There is a special Green area which is perfectly designed and gives you the feel of an open garden and motivates you to workout more. The person incharge Mr Jacob is very cordial and was patient enough to explain all the features and equipment in the gym in relation to the benefit it brings to the body and provided the necessary plan.

Very spacious gym and nice trainer. U have seperate space for cardio and weight training.
