Staff is friendly but, no uniform, furnitures started showing its age... Poor non-beautiful woman to serve beverages. Pathetic condition. This company survives only with the high priced after sales service bills. Nissan will close in India. Meanwhile, left and right has MG and KIA. Totally different level showrooms, beautiful girls, amazing customer care, clean bathroom... I think its better Nissan close in India. Even new gen Nexa showrooms are better than this one.

One of the major vehicle dealers in Kottayam. The showroom looks nice from outside and the inside set ups are not upto the mark as per my point of view. Waiting area for customers is not enough as they take too much time for servicing. There is an air conditioned waiting area inside with only 5 seats and from there we can see the workshop and garrage. The security outside is helpful. I visited here with my friend's car. Service staff Sumith deserves a clap, excellent support by him....As per my experience the spare parts are a bit costly..A humble request to the management is to set up a refreshment center where customers can buy tea/coffee or cold items and snacks while they are waiting for their car.
Excellent service and friendly staffs at Evm Nissan Thellakom branch.. Especially Alvin and Pratheesh who have welcomed me with full heart and smiley face. We had good friendly talks and I just loved it in my 8 years of car service.. Recommend all to visit and do service at Thellakom branch.
