EVM Nissan - Car dealer in Nadal - Kannur, India

Last time I didn't had a good experience, gave vehicle for service and took more than 12 hours to complete. This time also when I visited it was asked to fill details along with insurance expiry date don't know why they should know this. Anyways I dint give...hope service will be good and fingers crossed.

Very pathetic service. Pl avoid this dealership for any booking or after sale service. More than the exorbitant price that they charge this particular showroom gives false information about the complaint and it's corrective measure that they have taken. Dear people pl don't blindly believe the vehicle complaints that they raise. Ask them to give it in writing. I visited the showroom last week with the wheel alignment issue.They said the problem might be with the tyre and that we could try changing the front two tyres first and if the problem exist then the last 2 tyres. They are not even sure if the issue is with the tyres. However all their issues with the tyre just vanishes as soon as we asked them to give it in writing. I feel the showroom is so much debtridden that they can't even afford to give their customer a proper wheel alignment report even after their throatcutting charge. They had obtained our name and address to courier the report. It's been a week and no traces of any courier from their end. Even after the so called'good service' from their end the problem with the vehicle not resolved. Hence they assured us to get the vehicle from our place the next day. What happened thereafter is really annoying.Time and again they came up with lame excuses of lackof pickup staff .Forget their laxity with their customer time, but please understand one thing. It's not the responsibility of the customer to aid u hire a staff or find a replacement if your pickup superstar is on leave. The customers are informed these days and are not mere fools for you to juggle around. Atleast make some effort to stick to your words. Because you have not just tarnished your showroom image but the image of Nissan as well. It's a big no from my side to Nissan vehicles hereafter and i shall look forward that non of my kins buy any vehicle from Nissan and fall prey to your gimmicks. Shame on you

EVM nissan kannur provided me the worst possible service anybody ever could get. They have done 3 services 10k 20k and 30k respectively. I have an existing gold package for services, which includes wheel balancing and alignment. After 3rd service i noticed that they neither did the alignment and balancing nor rotated the tyres on all three services. Which resulted in replacement of my front tyres at 30k kms. I raised a complaint regarding the same on Nissan customer care, their performance was super brilliant, rather listening to the customer they closed the complaint over an email sent by dealer CRM, which mentioned they informed me about not doing the alignment which was an absolute lie.. I called up the customer care and asked for the higher authority contacts which they clearly denied to provide. So as per nissan customer care dealer CRM and service managers are the highest possible contacts we can get in touch with further elevation of the complaints are not possible. After the same service i also have to re visit the dealer because they have not fastened the bolts of engine guard bellow properly which made noise later.. During the same visit they inspected the complete vehicle and found left side AC vents having less flow, for the same reason they disconnected the AC and blower connection, 15 days before and the parts yet to arrive, I am forced to drive it without AC. Also they can't solve it under warranty (on what reasons??) As per EVM kannur, if 2 different complaints under warranty they can do only one on the same day and for the second one i should revisit.For me every visit to the dealer cost 1500rs petrol and a whole day of work. BEING A CUSTOMER I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY VEHICLE FROM NISSAN, NOT BECAUSE OF THE CAR OR ITS PERFORMANCE, JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR AFTERSALES ATTITUDE TO THE CUSTOMER.

Very bad service. Complaint handbreak not working properly. Many times same issue facing. Not resolve it. We don't need your help. Verybad service

I had an wonderful experience while purchasing the car. The team were very co-operative and they did everything to get it delivered on time

Reliability issues are there. Theres a complete disconnect between the finance team and managerial team. They' had forgotten to deduct the advance amount from the bill. They also don't take responsibility for these things. Finance team and managerial team puts blames on each other.
