These guys are really great. I hv been here several times and the people are very accommodative and cordial. Service was really excellent and I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs any work doing on their Nissan. Also I had a great talk with the service manager about my vehicle performances. He is extremely knowledgeable and very polite in explaining things. Normally many won't do. Anyway great job guys. Keep it up. (I forget his name actually).

Excellent service support!!met a guy named shahir he was very supportive and always talking with smiling face and patience,i had issue with gear shifting they solved my issue and i was intrested to know about the working of gears surprisingly he took a pen and paper and draw diagrams and described me how its works as well.

Very bad service,they don't know how to sell a car,how to register a new car or how to behave with a customer. We bought a kicks,they delivered it at home without any documents or temporary registration. They done even know which papers are to be submitted at RT office. The only thing work here is their ego. They promised us to deliver car on 5th April. We gave all the documents and transferred full money. But they didn't applied for TP till 10th april morning. And they called us on 10th april evening and harassed us and gave the car home delivery without any documents. TP got only on 15th. They were on constant touch before giving booking amount. Once booking amount is gave and exchange car gave as down payment they showed their true colour. Even EVM higher officials and Nissan india officials are supporting the rude behavior of dealership. I am giving one * because there is no negative rating here 18/12/20 And now you are responding after more than 1 year. And the you gave a wrong email id. Already passed through these ways, email, toll free number etc. Your last 3 kerala area managers assured us that they will come and meet us in person and nothing happened. Evm nissan perinthalmanna. Staff behavior was very rude. Attitudes towards the customer was really painfull. Is this the way you treat the customers. One accountant and one sales man standing before us without knowing anything. This time i came to know about nissan shame shame. We have traveled around 5 hours and reached there and saying like we can't deliver today. Sucks the service

If zero star was an option, I'd have given that. I had an extremely bad experience with EVM Nissan Perinthalmanna. I had gone to check the newly launched Nissan Magnite at around 5pm on Dec 5th, Saturday. There was a showcase model but unfortunately, test drive vehicle wasn't available then and it was only expected to arrive the next week. Knowing that I am a prospective buyer, I was offered the showcase model for a short drive experience post 6pm. Well, for the automotive enthusiast that I am, I roamed around (wasted my time) for an hour and reached back the showroom dot 6pm. They asked me to wait for a lil longer and I did so (Vevunnolam kaathu, inipo aarrunnolam kakkaam enn karuthi). Now after 50 odd minutes, the guys told me that the vehicle can't be given as there isn't any fuel left in it. My main points of contention here are: 1) It didn't look like a fuel issue, but rather some internal politics between the sales teams. 2) Even if it was, didn't they know the level of fuel in the car when they offered it to me for test drive (that too a car that's not running, but a show piece) ?? 3) Why did they have to make me wait for two freaking hours just to cut a sorry face ?? Could have told me at 5pm that the fuel isn't sufficient, instead of giving false promises. No matter how hard Nissan is trying for a come back in India, dealerships like this (EVM Perinthalmanna) are gonna pull it down big time. I had liked the car by its looks, features, exterior quality and price. But unfortunately, if a pathetic customer experience is what I'll have to bear for all the other positives, I'm choosing NOT to opt for Nissan Magnite.

I am a guy who is planing to buy a new car and got very excited about the pricing and facilities that Nissan Magnite gives. So I was planning to go for a showroom and test drive the same. Unfortunately, one of my close friend had a very bad experience from this Nissan showroom, as customer I will not go for a showroom like this if this is the case of your service, even drop the Nissan cars as option. So Nissan, if you are watching this post and like capture the heart of indian car lovers please try to rectify issues like this by giving a better atonement.
