Terrible experience, after making a mess in the car,they didn't clean the car by saying that they don't have the required machine. If they didn't have it in the first place they should have informed us earlier. Wouldn't recommend for servicing. Can do much better. Wouldn't have given even 1 star but even others should be aware how disgusting the service is

Really good service. Also has pick up and drop facility which is very helpful in busy life and customer friendly staff who understand the needs of the customers and provide services or suggestions.

Customer service is excellent. Likewise, all vehicle repairs are done there in a good and fast manner. In this long experience they have done without any delay in terms of time. Thank you very much for all your service.

Till sales all are good.But after sales when come to service Customer have to take some pain to get the complaint addressed. I have raised a complaint on Infotainment system after first check up, it has been 8 months even10K service nobody addressed it. Also there is no gurantee you will get any accessories on time,it always based on the luck.Please pray and go for service. Regards, Arun

I am using a nissan magnite.perinthalmanna evm service center very bad service. Not providing service on time is irresponsible behavior for staff and organization

I had very bad experience from this guys . They charge heavy rate and given me poor service . Actually there is no one for supervision .

No spare parts available, delivery delayed. Even if you demand the car in old condition without doing any repair, showroom is asking for bill of check up. When the car is becoming older, the arrogance of service centre representatives become stronger. They promise on time delivery and good servicing when car is dropped at centre, but never keep the words. To use a Nissan car at Kerala, u should have the luxury of having two cars at your name, so that long days at workshop can be managed.
