The drama queen over make-up lady receptionist here is rude, she deserves to stay at home, not as an receptionist. we didn't get to change rooms and she doesn't give plates to eat too, she said we should buy plates from outside. She gave us the worst room here, with teared walls, without a balcony. How can a hotel get more customers when they're having such ugly arrogent staff. Pitty.
I had the pleasure of dining at "Al Reem Restaurant" in Ernakulam, and it's a haven for lovers of biryani and non-veg curries. Very very dirty bathrooms and it's very compact..service is very average. Even after saying on reception they were least interested in taking concern. Overall hotel was not clean at all. Smoking smell were too much on 1st floor. Very echoing corridors in night coz of guest talking in night.
Very pleasant and peaceful stay we experienced with Evershine inn. They treated us very gently and we strongly recommend this hotel for a convenient stay. It's very near to Ernakulam town station as well as townhall metro station.
