The drama queen over make-up lady receptionist here is rude, she deserves to stay at home, not as an receptionist. we didn't get to change rooms and she doesn't give plates to eat too, she said we should buy plates from outside. She gave us the worst room here, with teared walls, without a balcony. How can a hotel get more customers when they're having such ugly arrogent staff. Pitty.
I had the pleasure of dining at "Al Reem Restaurant" in Ernakulam, and it's a haven for lovers of biryani and non-veg curries. The restaurant's simple yet inviting ambiance immediately set the stage for a memorable meal.
I started with their fragrant chicken biryani, and it was a flavor explosion! The tender chicken pieces and aromatic spices made each bite a delight. The non-veg curries, especially the butter chicken and mutton curry, were equally outstanding. The rich, creamy sauces and tender meat showcased their culinary expertise.
The service was prompt and friendly, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. "Al Reem Restaurant" is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic biryani and non-veg curries in Ernakulam.

Very pleasant and peaceful stay we experienced with Evershine inn. They treated us very gently and we strongly recommend this hotel for a convenient stay.
It's very near to Ernakulam town station as well as townhall metro station.
Friendly staffs, they will help you at any time.. i am happy with rooms, service and everything.
