Ordered 7 chicken biriyani s for a birthday party. It was so horrible that I had to bear the complaints and insults from everyone. Thankyou Hotel Everest for spoiling a beautiful day.
If less than one star is available I will opt that. I dine in for the lunch and ordered meals. Given meals in plate, like some Government canteen. There even we get hot food. Fish curry in a small 2 inch diameter dish. They charged Rs120, actual price for what I got is less than Rs50. Worst and pathetic experience.
Probably its the time of my visit (2 30pm)but that doesnt justify the bad quality as i was charged the same. Bad quality and still had a raw taste. Coudnt complete the Biriyani despite being hugry.
Ordered a 65 rupees kodampuli fish curry and 69 rupees fish fry from this hotel. All I received was small portion(that won't even be enough for one person) of watery gravy with tomato and curry leaves, there was no fish in the gravy. If anyone needs Tomato curry please do order their fish curry. And the fish fry is a small single piece fish that you can get from any other place for 15-30 rupees maximum.
Some dishes are more spicy. Quality is good. Difficult for car parking. I feel like quantity is little bit low.. friendly attitude towards customer.
One of the best restaurants in Vattiyoorkavu. Staff are friendly, the food tasty and the rates very nominal. I would prefer a Chicken Biriyani over a meals for Lunch from Everest Kitchen. Talking about the Biriyani, it's packed in a Banana leaf which makes it double the fun and nostalgic. The breakfast options are wide with dosas, puttu, ididappam, appam, porottas which can be accompanied with vegetarian or non vegetarian currys. Would be first go to hotels in Vattiyoorkavu.
I have ordered recently from them. They are okay okay kind of restaurant. Egg fried rice was good. Chicken perattu was average. These dishes I have ordered from them.
Never order meals from this restaurant. Rice is too bad and smells different. When I ordered beef pothichoru, they give normal meals and no beef in it. Very bad service.

If you want the soft and tasty idly, Anandhaas is the place. I have tried Idly, dosa and Parotta from there, taste was good. Price is affordable, seems recently they have revised it.
