Ruined my hair completely! After straightening my hair with them early this year, I went back to straighten again in Aug 2023 as the re-growth of the hair was curly again. They did not take any precautions to protect the straightened section of my hair at all. The staff member was so rough with my hair and she ironed my hair while it was still damp! My hair got completely damaged and burned due to their service. Also, I originally started going there because they were reasonably priced, but they became very greedy!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVEN IF THEY DO FREE SERVICE!!! I went to another professional salon to get my hair fixed. It was from there that I learnt how incorrectly Eve's processed my hair! The staff working there are not professionally educated in salon services - I cannot wonder how she could iron my hair while it was still damp! She was also so rough with my hair! Request to all - please choose a professional salon and don't go here to ruin your hair or face just to save some money! Very bad experience!!!
