Manager name is tyagi, he is very rude with guest. He directly taunted that your guest are take more than enough food and he was continously look after chicken peices and again taunts that guest are taking only chicken peices.... I think owner should take strict action

Ambience is good. Food is awesome, but service is worst. They provide spoons when we ask otherwise you have to eat without spoons. We ordered salad which delivered when our food was about to finish. Only premium packaged water is there. No normal RO water is available. You have to purchase water along with food.
Although rooms are nice,neat & clean. Food quality is also good. But the "FREE" breakfast service was not at all convincing. However the "NOT FREE" dinner service was quite good !
You cannot have Water without paying for it. Even if you are at their restaurant, they don't provide RO water for Guests. No Hooks in bathroom door. No place to keep Toiletries while having bath. Neat Rooms with good air conditioning.
