The hospital has good infrastructure, facilities, and clean surroundings. The doctor we visited was very friendly and understanding towards the patient. The price of the lab tests seemed expensive compared to other places. The administration department is very slow and underperforming. It is clearly understood that the staff are disorganized. When we enquired at the reception for booking an appointment with a doctor, she doesn't even know the doctor's consultation time. The lady at the cash counter is too slow and is making calculations on a paper with a pencil and eraser! For every test or lab, they make you walk around the lobby twice before telling where to wait. There are too many staffs walking around and nobody seems eneough experienced on hospital management. There is a clear lack of experience eveident from everyone. The management can do better by giving them some training.

I did my DNS surgery at EUMED hospital and the treatment care provided by them was excellent. I have compared other hospitals as well for doing the surgery but finalized this hospital. The ENT department headed by Dr Sreelakshmi is very efficient there. I am very happy as the surgery went really smooth and I am feeling very much better now. Treatment charges are also moderate compared to other hospitals of the same standard. Thanks to Dr Sreelakhsmi and team.

The hospital is good. But You have to wait some time to see the doctor. That is a problem. The staff are all good,good behaviour, good doctor. The admitted patient's discharge is getting a little late and they told me whether it is a morning discharge and they have to be discharged by 6 pm on the same day. They are giving the bill very late. That alone seemed to be a problem.

Very poor service. Waited more than one hour for a doctor who is not having any other patients. Doing only as a business. No genuinity felt from there. If you have lot of time to be wasted, then you can go there. After that we have gone to another health centre nearby where we got the proper care and treatment.

Bad experience with hospital management 1. You can find good specialised doctors. 2. Huge parking availability. 3. Canteen facilities not available. Faced issues for arranging food for both patients and bystander, especially on holidays 4. As a hospital, safety must be the prime important I could not find fire safety and emergency evacuation routes in the current building design, its an important thing to consider while evacuating the people in case of emergency & can't rely on lift only possibility by stairs. 5. Bills calculations for admitted patients is not systemised, you can find some discrepancies with actual service you received and what in the bill while discharging, please be mindful of paying the bill. And also they will delay patient discharge process and intentionally put the discharge timing around 6pm that to peak OP consultancy period. So you have to wait more than hot to get clearing the bill ( note: this is a common issue for all admitted patients). Overall Hospital management need to improve.

Worst experience ever.. Visited this hospital for getting treatment for my mom. Didn't like the attitude of Dr Pradeep towards patient and to supporters. Unnecessarily spent our time and money by going there, didn't get a proper solution, he couldn't able to identify, cure the illness. We went to other health centre and get the proper solution.

The persons in the reception don't know any thing about the hospital services and about the consultanting doctors....when I call for the appointment of a doctor they booked the appointment and ask me me come by 5 pm....then I call again at 4.45 to enquire about laboratory services they are saying that the doctor I had already booked the appointment is not available...he resigned 2 weeks before ....and they don't know anything about the laboratory services too..,customer relationship is very poor... totally disappointing
