The management(security mostly) of the place sucks, which seems like a small thing but gives you a very unwelcoming or un-homely vibe. Even if you stay there, the security guards make you feel like you owe them something, or are doing something wrong.very disrespectful towards guests. The location and the apartments are very good for the area, probably the best in the region.

excellent infrastructure. But No pets allowed, hence the rating. The association harass and torture you till you vacate/kick your pet out. I've been fighting back for the past three years with the association and still no changes in the rule even though according to govt. law they can't keep such restrictions in buildings.

The authority of the society makes the students feel like they are living in some kind of rule imposed hostel , the main residents are very rude and they try impose fines on almost everything . Every two months they want the student residents to get a new id card , and they take money for that too. Worst society to live in if you are a student in SRM University and your dad doesn't have a tree of money at your home .

You might get the peace indoors but society and environment is very unwelcoming, highly acerbic Association consisting of surly and bilious adults coupled with the inefficacy of the management augment the experience into a tortuos and quite a lugubrious experience. Notwithstanding, exuberant pecuniary demands of the EFOA simply belie the aesthetic and beatific picture of Estancia that strikes your mind.

Great place to live. Spacious apartments and idyllic aura makes it all happy living
