I recently had the opportunity to stay in one of the apartments in Estancia, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. It is a breathtaking architectural wonder, to say the least. It forms a part of Estancia Integrated township. The ambience here is awesome. The homes here are very spacious and comfortable. The rent here is a tad bit high, but believe me, its worth it!!!

Nice place to stay in outskirts of Chennai and most likely by college crowd..

Play area here is good. Kids will enjoy a lot.

Estancia apartments are very nice. The floor plan is good. This place is suitable for both families and bachelor's . As it is close to SRM Institute of Science and Technology, students also stay here. The surrounding is good and has lot of facilities

Worst place ever for a bachelor to live. No freedom at all. Only preference they give is to family. Bachelors and students are treated like with no value here. Before they used to allow visitors from morning till 6pm that was at least acceptable now they don't allow any visitors during weekends. There's no point paying high rent and living here when they won't give you any freedom. Please don't make the mistake of staying here and spend your money elsewhere. Anywhere else is better than estancia.

Best place to stay! The college day memories are forever etched in my mind such a wonderful place to stay and have fun
