Worst hospitality. No proper guidance. Reception guides to ER after long wait they are asking to go to meet doctor. After long wait again, went to child block. Pharmacy another confused people. Made us to run 2- 3 times. Prescription for neb given withhold at pharmacy and instead of 2 medicines written. They given only one medicine. Made us to run to and from.

I came for an emergency without collecting advance treatment was done for the patient and life has been saved. Most experienced doctors. Good service from all the department. Very polite & service minded employees Hearty congratulation for all the Doctors and staffs.

I admitted my father for emergency, after that they moved my father to ICU, he was in ICU for two days, first they told like there is no issues, we can discharge him tomorrow, then next day they made so many tests and told to us like your father's condition is severe there is nothing we can do and then we urgently moved our father to another hospital and he was saved within few days. There doctor fix the treatment method is that's it there is nothing we can do. And that great ICU doctors name is Prakash.

From the day 1 of my pregnancy, I went to consult jayanthi mam. She gave me good treatment and now I was blessed with baby boy. Thanks to jayanthi mam and her team. Even nurse sister took good care on me. She is malayali I don't know her name. She is the one who gave good encouragement for normal delivery a special thanks to her. Thanks to shanthi sister, chithra sister, and all the sisters in 1st floor who took care of me.

Being so generous, rating it as 2 stars! This hospital has no clue how to run a hospital, poor service, no cleanliness, they don't have any idea about each patient; which room they belong to, if they are covered by Insurance, etc. Government hospitals are being so clean these days, not the generic ward; but when you pay and get a private / two sharing room, it is maintained well! 4500rs / day for this room being so bad, especially considering the size of the room, and the cleanliness of it. No specific time for visitors, people are crowded inside and outside rooms most of the time, it is noisier always, never treated like a hospital! MAIN THING TO NOTE: THEIR 25TH ANNIV CELEBRATIONS I understand it is a major achievement, having successfully run an organisation for 25 years HOWEVER, HAVING MUSIC AND DJ IN A HOSPITAL AND NO ONE BEING THERE KN THE FLOOR FOR 2-3 HOURS, AND BEING SO LOUD WITH MUSIC IS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE, WITH SO MANY NEW BORNS AND PATIENTS BEING ON THE FLOOR PS- Kudos to Dr.Jayanthi, Sandhya Nurse and some other Nurses and aayammas for taking so much care and being so patient and kind.

Day light robbery hospital. Patients can visit for small health issues fever cold and injury. Money only money. Charging for all the equipment used in the hospital. Billings done for unsed medical equipment like kidney tray and urine can etc

Really good treatment Room no 18 admitted under Dr.Prabhu over all good treatment and we are happy with the hospitality and service made by all specifically by all the nurses who were polite and good in servicing the patient

Patients beds are not safety here, post operation my mother moved to normal room, there bed, chair, table was not clean, if not cleaned also we can manage, if it is not safety means how could we trust the hospital, my mother bed got broken, time god nothing happened to her, what if anything happened to her. Worst maintenance, government hospital is far better. Please do something it should not happened to another patient
