Poor quality and very bad customer service from one person. All others are good at customer service but one arrogant person made me to write this. He just blamed me for their manufacturing issue . He could've just accept the issue and apologise in a very professional way. Highly disappointed and spoiled my day

Good collection

Good Shop. Have lot of collection's and design. Providing good service. Comparatively they take low making charge. But the shop had small area of views and less numbers in displays.

Not a good customer friendly place. Double check while on every calculations they make. They are making silly calculation mistakes.

The making charge is very less compared to all the other jewellers like Malabar or kalyan. It's starting from 2.5%. There is no difference in the quality of gold. All should try buying from this store to avoid hidden charges.
