Visited the factory this week and WOW I am amazed about how professional this factory is! Rahul showed me everything from the beggining where the CAD designs are made to the end proces, where the final pieces are polished and goldplated. They work with quality systems I have never seen before, which says enough. Especially the fact that they are located in India where certainly not every jewelry manufacturer delivers quality. I will assure you at Essentials Jewelry you can expect a lot for what you pay, because they deliver it! Rahul is a lovely guy and explained me everything in fine detail when I visited. All-in all, I am excited to work with Rahul and to grow to obtain a lot more market share in Europe!

Very beautiful well-made jewelry. As a GIA Graduate Gemologist myself, I found the stones to be very good quality, well cut and polished. Rahul was very helpful and quick to reply to my questions. DODGY COMPANY! POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE. I have purchased jewellery from this company and the pieces keep breaking and stones fall out. Now they won't respond to my emails to rectify the issues. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. No wonder they don't offer the safest payment method (PayPal) because they would lose their money.
