I consulted Dr. Kshitij Sir regarding acl and meniscus injury, where the chances of repairing my meniscus were very slim. Despite that he assured me that if there is even a slight possibility of getting the meniscus repaired he will do it. And I'm thankful to him I've successfully got my acl reconstruction and meniscus repair. Being a young budding doctor myself, for anyone with sports related injury, I would surely recommend Dr Kshitij Sir.

1 star for Administration. Time is valuable to everyone staff should understand this. I called up 10 am to book an appointment for 6 pm. Team took all the details and gave me 3rd number. When I call 5.45 pm to follow up and communicate that I am running late for 20 mins. Problem 1: Miscommunication Team inform me that my name is not present on the list and registered me as new patient. Upon reaching clinic at 6.30. I showed them my name registered way up at 3 rd on the list. Problem 2: Poor Queue Management Upon reaching at 6.30pm. I still waited as I was late and staff informed me that patients with recent surgery are lined up for consultation. I respected that and waited for 40 mins . However, even after follow ups and requests I can see patients without surgery going in for consultation. Which is really bad. Because all patients should be treated equally untill they have some emergency. At last my mother who is suffering from pain could not control and we had to walk out. I wasted my entire day relying on clinic Have I know this in beginning I would have gone for other doctors opinion I hope this reached to Doctor in charge and situation like this is better dealt in future

I had acl ligament tear, meniscus tear, successfully operated by Dr Kshitij, at pinnacle hospital, Thane. On 18 feb 2021. Very good doctor and good human being. Referred my relatives too. They also are very happy and satisfied. You may blindly trust his expertise.

First of all i was misguided by the reception staff about the fees. Secondly I was prescribed medication for pain etc which I clearly conveyed that I have no pain. Extremely misleading. I wouldn't recommend the clinic at all. Then I received a call upon my above feedback. But they were not willing to listen to me. Instead they kept cutting me ..why did you even call?

Thanks to doctor for the best possible treatment. My dad arrived to Mumbai from bhopal, he has fallen sick and had severe pain in knee. We consulted the essence clinic and very much satisfied with the treatment and the behavior of all staff and doctor. Once again thank you for the treatment , kudos to essence clinic!
