Was asking to pay extra and the service was very bad

Froude staff, on call saying something else but once you go there, they told something else.....

It's really very good I go with my husband for couple massage and it was Fab experience

I take spa services very frequently and have availed the same in many cities in India and in other countries also. When I arrived here in Kanpur, due to travel I was quite tired so thought of visiting a spa. Hence, I searched for a nearby spa and called up, one lady picked up the call and she looked quite professional and polite and was speaking in fluent English and she also offered me discount when I told her that this would be my first time. I was quite happy and told her that I would be visiting the spa. A day after I called up and one guy picked up the call and he told that I could come for the massage. I walked to the spa and one guy was at the reception, who didn't even look professional receptionist as you see in other spas or the lady who spoke over phone. I asked him about the massage, he just opened the catalogue, didn't explain anything which usually they do at every spa or he didn't even greet. I told I would for Balinese, which was 2000/- for 60 min in the catalogue. I asked if there's any discount for the first time customer, he was like, 'Nahin, koi discount nahin hai.' It was quite odd for me, how can someone sit at the reception, who doesn't have basic manners to speak or convert the prospect to a customer. I told but I called up and the lady told me that she would, then after a bit of 'unprofessional attitude' conversation he told 10% discount. I said okay, I pulled my card to make the payment, he told card is not accepted, I agreed for UPI payment, I was about to make the payment, and luckily I asked, please keep the timings in check, 60 minutes massage which you have mentioned. He told no it's not 60 min massage, it's 50 massage and 10 min shower. Which is ridiculous and misleading to the customer because nowhere in the world I have seen the catalogue in the counter mentions 60 min for massage which is not actually 60 minutes, luckily I asked this before payment else they have not even mentioned in the catalogue or don't tell the customer also. They say 60 minutes massage which is actually 45-50 minutes only. I was not a newbie hence I knew all this. LOL! I laughed and walked out by saying that even in Bangalore, you would get massage at cheaper rate at this level of spa. And he was as unprofessional as he was, he said okay, your wish. So, I don't know who the owner is but today you lost a customer who could be your member and could take massage 10 times in a month at your spa and you lost because of your receptionist. So, better you get a professional person, who knows how to do business or get your staff trained or visit some professional spas in Bangalore to learn that how do they not let any prospect walk out of their spa and covert them to a customer just with their behavior and way of talking. More than the price I was disappointed with the typical Sadakchaap type of guy sitting at the reception, who doesn't know how to talk. LOL! If someone wants to ruin his business, then must have this third class type of person at the reception.

The staff was best earlier but now the owner and the receptionist are just making a lot of money... No towel is even provided such a staff is there and if you complain then they all get dissappear... Such a messy spa I have never ever seen. Miss kanchan is always busy somewhere else and Arti the massager is like fool so do beware to go... Just waste of money
