I have been Travelled from Chennai to Coimbatore. The Travel was superb. Driver was so kind and helpful. Bus looks good. Seats and Ac is Superb. Overall it's a super Journey

Traveled from Coimbatore to Nagercoil, TN 66 AH 7042 . Worst service, no ac at all, not able to sleep, not able to breath. Plz avoid travelling in essar travels.

Very very worst driving. Driver is not fit for drive a bus. He is not accepting the mistake. If company keeps these kind of driver means customer will not book in any time. And the business goes down. Avoid these type of driver and safe the passenger life. This complaint is about 04.09.2023 at 10.45pm in Shanthi gears. Green colour bus NON AC. Bus number TN 37 BW 9322. Seriously worst person ever I have seen in my life.

One among the worst service provider. From coimbatore to Karaikudi there are many inbetween places for tea stop. But they will stop at a reserve area tea shop ( MIB bakery), where there won't be any toilet facilities and the bakery people and the driver will not respond properly. I have seen in today's travel many of the lady passengers going toilet in the street side and in bushes. Although these were seen driver Jayaraja P has not responded properly. He is concerned about the tea and oomapodi commission from the bakery. I have not seen this kind of irritating and irresponsible service provider. Don't choose Essaar as there are more service providers now in the market who sincerely responding to the passengers needs.

Essar Travels is the, are very punctualtransport company I'veI ever see;, they didn't miss the departureord arrival time,and their service ise also very coo;, they have parcelservice, so, we candrop offp our luggagein ath gunny bag or box they acceptand it will bend delivered one daTheyey charged 10rupeesrs for one pa;k, they didn't put weight and all. Only one drawback is that Essar Travels didn't stop buses; all Omni buses stopped; they had different stops from others, like 100 to 200 m from the bus stop. That I feel uncomfortable; otherwise, service is good.

Who is this driver? Very harsh driving and bad behaviour.. sep 4 2023 timing around 10:40pm at shanthi gears. One family getting outside the petrol by the car bunk the travel driver those not seen the side round he harshly turn left and they to went to fill the water in shanthi gears bus stop... the family members started to ask the questions to the driver her behaviour so mad... Essaar travels why are you keeping this kinds of driver many passengers are believe to travel in your travel...
