Looks simple from the outside but authentic Goan food ... hygienic environment... Locally known as SUZIE BAR.... Better to pre-order Lovely field view...must visit
Cool place to spend time with your friends. Fresh caught fishes and sea food available. There is a lady who cooks the food and her name is Suzi. The has been running this restaurant many years back. Lof of locals come here to enjoy the little river view too. Outside sitting also available on the lawns. There is a lot of Parking space too.
Goan style A+ restaurant great fish local catch from the river ,the chef and owner is Mrs Esperanza she is renowned for her old school Rechado masala , ground on granite stone .the bathroom desires a lot of improvement as it's awkward for woman but all in all the fish rules here.
Always an amazing experience! Esperanza herself is such a pleasing person. The food is splendid, the ambience simple, laid back and peaceful. Just can't ask for anything else.
Esperanza really cooks some delicious Goan food. The prawns, beef and crabs are to die for! The rechad masala is just extraordinary. The place also overlooks a field. If you want to try some amazing home-cooked seafood, this is the right place to dine!
If you relish Goan food, then yes this is the place you wouldn't want to miss. Do taste the crab xec xec and prawns molho.
The service is basic. Don't expect some high to medium end service. Value for money. We ordered fish dishes, but ask what is fresh. The rechade masala is one of the best in the south. The owner also sells masalas. Was told they serve beef, chicken and pork dishes. They have a menu for Indian cuisine, and a chef for it. Parking is very limited. And there is an Indian style toilet.
Esperanza is one of the fine restaurant near Margao, .It is located at Rachol, If you feel to have tasty and fresh river food you have this only choice,
Beautiful church located near the Rachol ferry point. Amazing serene and tranquility. Church altar is mesmerizing and ample of parking space is available. Another church by the same name is located in the neighbouring village Raia.
Scenic place with beautiful views all around. Perfect for photography. We spent 20-30min admiring the location. The bridge creates a perfect round with its reflection when clicked from side.
Not much is left of the Rachol Fort except this gate. Well, it isn't really the structure but the stories this gate hold, leading into historic village of Rachol! A very scenic walk and village passing through this gate.
I love this place. It's a great place to sit by the river, turn your mind off and just imbibe the atmosphere. It's quintessential Goan, football, fishing, church you get an old world feel. The metal benches have corroded a long ago but they do make f
