Average food and service staff. Maindi was good especially the pieces. The pathiri was not good. They had forgotten our order and then had to reremind to get it. Decent ambiance could be better. The main non satisfactory item was their Royal falooda 180rs and completely not worth it notRoyaltyfor sure. They had put raw peanuts and not actual nuts as embellishments.
Good food. Visited on 5-5-23 at night time on our way to Kodaikanal. PROPERTY Situated at the bypass. Over all the restaurant and bakery attracts all. Neat and clean surroundings and inside. FOOD. What we ordered was chicken biriyani. The biriyani was good (not the best)and had an average quantity with moderate price. We also ordered royal falooda, the falooda was also good not the best. The service was good. The staffs who attended us were good people. RESTROOMS Neat and clean restrooms separate for ladies and gents. PARKING. Spacious parking for two wheelers and four wheelers are there. If not enough apart from this there are also dedicated area for parking. SUGGESTIONS. Need to upgrade the air conditioning system. We were feeling a little bit of discomfort regarding the air ways.
( very very bag service) I order a food at 7: 30pm and I got delivered at 10:10 pm . There is only 3 kilometers difference between my home and this Espana restaurant , it look 3 hours to deliver an fried rice!!! and when I try to call them ,they didn't answer my call
Today I went to this restaurant and i ordered one full chicken 65, one full beef roast. And i asked them how much quantity will be there. They told me it will be okay for 3 people to share. And now you look how much portion is there. Am attaching the picture here. It was really a worst experience.

A premium restaurant well suited for families. Exceptional customer service and good quality food. Night ambience at the roof is also commendable. A bit expensive.. but acceptable owing to the service quality. Definitely recommended if u need a dine out with ur family

One of the best restaurant in Perumpilavu, their manthi, beef and chicken varieties are nice and tasty. Afgani chicken is their special one. Fish pollichathu is another yummy option available here.
Nice place good food and quick food delivery . Ambience too is good but tables were a bit less as this place was a bakery and cool bar . Overall very good place and good parking space too
