I visited this Hospital 2 times and both time was in emergency. Here is my exp. Pros : 1. Medical and non medical stuff behavior is good. Always ready to help. 2. My son had high fever and went to emergency section. My pediatrician was not available that time. They called 1 pediatrician and she came within 30 min. Thay was a great help for us. Doctor mam was very good. Now we are continuing with that Pediatrician mam. 3. Clean hospital. Need to improve : 1. Lift or elevator require. 2. Both the time at emergency I found the attending Doctor was very junior. Looked like they just passed the college and joined here. I feel at emergency they should arrange some senior doctors as here all case are serious. Thanks. Hopefully they will grow more and will improve their service more. We need them to grow more for the people at Baranagar. All the best.
Worst experience ever had...this is the result after blood test from Shanjivani baranagar..there was an extreme outflow of blood which has ended up resulting this extreme condition.. strict actions are required against this particular nursing home so that in future these kind of miss ups donot take place.Pls donot visit Sanjivani for ensuring your own safety.

On navami night around 2 am when no hospital was able to provide ICU bed in an emergency situation, they not only gave ICU bed but took care of the patient the moment he was taken there. Very helpful staff and good behaviour even at midnight during puja crisis.
One of the worst series I am very unhappy with your service I am using my Sastho sathi card but after that I paid 9000 for OT and not get the bill. When patient discharge nursing home make a Bill amount 13641 I am very unhappy with your service
