Worst service here. My mother have appointment for vaccination on 25-5-21. Her name was showing in there list. My mother carried appointment letter and adhar card but they didn't give vaccination. She is above 45 age. She traveled 15km for vaccination but ,she came back after 3 hour waiting. They said mobile no. is not linked to adhar card. Even above 45 age can get register at centre. My mother name is Manju sharma Her reference secret code is 3120.
