Doctors and facilities are very good . But sometimes the staff looks lazy they working like a turtle..
Lower division staff were so polite rather security guards and doctors are Ill mannered..basic amenities like washroom were not at all clean with pungent smell. Also, each and every single wheel chair (max count 10 appx.) Was not gud in condition. Some wheelchairs don't have wheels while some are rusted like anything.
I have seen many hospitals of ESIC with huge buildings and great infrastructure ,but ESIC jajmau ,though lacking the pomp and show is one of th best hospitals when if it comes to treatment. Has all the facilities( blood tests, x ray, all major surgeries, dental procedures). Specially mentioning the name of Dr. Ratan Mishra who is a boon to patients. We are lucky to have such a doctor for esic beneficiaries .He diagnosed my relative as dilater cardiomyopathy who had visited almost every private hospital for breathlessness and everyone just gave an inhaler to her. Esic should grant them even more fund for developing their infrastructure as it is doing better than others even in this not so fancy building.
