Good treatment staff is very helpfully my personal experience i like this ESIC hospital. Maternity treatment very good Thank you for all Dr and all staff.

A very honest review from a person whose mother is suffering from a spine infection and the credit goes to this hospital and their supremely talented employees. You have made my mother lie in bed forever. Because of your mistakes and negligence, my mother is suffering from an MRSA bacterial infection in her spine. She had major surgery and the infection specialist from Jehangir hospital told us that it came from her previous small surgery which was performed in this hospital. I needed to sue those guys for my mother's condition but I have no evidence against them. They treated my mother like a pig there and the result is this. My mother went there for her weakness and brought home the deadliest bacterial infection for which she had to be treated for 6 months. I request you guys please help me sue those doctors or the hospital who is responsible for my mother's present condition.

I visited the ESIC Office today to get a reimbursement form and processed. I was extremely disappointed with the process. The waiting time was exceptionally long, the staff were unhelpful and the entire process was tedious and inefficient. All process will be completed with 8 days only Form Submition. Becouse there Give you lot of Query but not 1 time ..every visit you got new Query This is unacceptable, as it wastes valuable time and resources of individuals who require reimbursements quickly. It is also a great inconvenience for those who have to travel far distances in order to get reimbursed. I request you to look into this issue as soon as possible and take necessary actions to ensure that such problems do not occur in future. I believe that a more efficient system needs to be put into place for customers like me who travel far distances in order to get reimbursed.

Good experience at Dental Opd. Dr Shital extracted my tooth very properly. That was totally painless extraction. Good treatment she gave me.

One stop solution for all medical problems. It's huge facility with all the latest facilities. Expert and knowledgeable doctors are available under one roof. Entire staff is polite and co-operative.overall management and system is very good, managed very well even having lot of crowd.

Useless hospital, non cooperative staff and total negligence in terms of patient care. Needs a lot of improvement in attitude of people working here. They think they are doing a favor .

Just go after checking timing of all departments & go with extra free time

I faced neck and back pain and sujan last 1 year I visited 2 time but ortho doctor not chek properly recommend some medicine and now visited again today 3rd time they say doctor not available ESIC hospital Bibewadi pune
