Well maintained hospital, clean compound, well behaved staffs, parking facility, very next to police station

Nice hospital. Parking space is there and doctors are friendly too.

Have been visiting the hospital for a couple of times now, at regular intervals Doctors, majority are good. All are professionally qualified, it was evident, but some may need a little brush up on humanity side, like communication. That was just a humble suggestion, with no hope of being heard or noticed, especially when they are handling multiple tasks, along with handling a considerable number of patients, every single day. The ladies washroom is maintained clean, considering the number of walkin, which deserves appreciation! The operations management seemed to be an area with scope for extensive improvement. Some staff packed with people all around(like the helpdesk, with only one gentleman seen alone during most of my visits, with people surrounding him, like bees, literally, with some even venting out their frustration, because of having had to wait longer times, sometimes ill themselves, or when they had to leave the patient alone elsewhere.. First thought was definitely to react to him in the exact tone, when he responded a little rudely to me also, but taking into account his situation at that time, I had decided to keep silent), while few staff could be seen roaming,in casual steps, slowly, tension-free. (Maybe they had more than enough time to complete the meagre tasks given to them, and was doing time management on their own). Maybe a little bit of better planning, like implementing multitasking rosters for non clinical staff, in busier departments, would help the organization. The risk of even healthy people getting infected from those crowd, may also become less by proper planning and implementation.

Was staying here in the pay ward as a part of my father's post surgery.The best part was that they came regularly to clean the toilet and the room,which indeed needs an appreciation .The comedy part is that they only take food waste not even a banana leaf or a newspaper,when asked was said to "take it back to your house" by the cleaning lady as there were no dustbins in the entire hospital to leave these kind of wastes.Thanks to the hospital management and Kerala govt for the same.Had a gooood time here,trying not to come here again.

The superintendent ( Dr. Shibu Dominic) superb. Always lend ears for the concern of the patients. Ever ready to hear the concern of patients. A great man with humane consideration. If you have any concerns whn you are there. Meet him. Surely you will be guided properly. Thnk u Shibu sir

I owe my sincere thanks to gynecology department- Divya doctor. I had a very good experience. Mine was a cesarean. It was free of cost, which other hospitals may charge lakhs. ECG, Scanning, medicine, ward, food, AC-post operative ward and all the facilities were provided. The treatment, support , behaviour of nursing staff and other duty staff were good. I still remember the anesthesia doctors care. Thanks to ESI team.

A very bad attitude from some of the staffs which ruin the image of other good ones which in turn creates a negative impact on the hospital. Will make the by standers run after each documents which could have been instructed in the very first instance of meeting. Need to change this or else may lose the reputation of this department.
