ESI Hospital - General hospital in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

I was very worst experience to me. Room number 9 doctor s They are very rude & reticles to treat the people.they speak very unparliamentary words to patients . This dispensary people not suitable this kind of job because they don't how to talk & treat a patient

Irresponsible behaviour Rude behaviour from doctors and receptionist's Taking lakhs of salaries and no minimum responsibility. Watchman and security women's are best atleast they giving directions!

Esi hospital staff are very irresponsible, there is no proper responce to the patients, no minimum fecilities,

Too bad hospital maintain by ESI society, doctors and all category of staff are very irresponsible fellows , giving faithless treatment to all Diseases, there is no proper responce to the patients, no minimum fecilities, no one has patience in staff. "Totally the ESI members of under this hospital doesn't have any assurance. i can say on one have got good treatment in this hospital" even RMP maintained hospital is better than this. the government or concerned authority must and should have to take action on this hospital management

Treatment of the doctors is too good they are treating the patients very well. We would thank them for that wonderful service that they are providing us. But the thing is why people are preffering esi hospital as they don't have a money on time to get well from some private hospitals right... By having this esi card they are feeling safe that they can be cured, But what this guys (ESI hospital shapur nagar) doing is not at all poviding medicines simply saying that not getting amma what should we do...Go and visit our head office isn't it there responsibility to inform them they are saying us that they are not getting the medicines from last 7 months. Getting the medicines from outside it's too costly every one can't buy them. So please get this service done as soon as possible as everyone are suffering from this same problem. And everymonth we are spending our money on your particular Hospital for these services. Thank you

Doctors treatment is very good but laboratory persons response is very bad they are scolding and shouting on patients and they are closing sample receiving after 11:30 am due to that reason patients should come for sample giving next day and then reports will be available after two days is this right time to close laboratory ? and some of the staff persons are not coming right time they are coming late , patient registration process also very slow because one person will write date only here patients should stay in Q then after one more Q for doctor room number information and again one more Q for stamp attestation is this really require three times Q , why dont they do the three things in the same location for single Q , and one more thing is emergency patients and pregnant woman could not able stand this much time in Q , i have seen this problem recently , i dont know where can i complaint this ,so i am writing here , if anybody of the higher position persons of ESI noticed this review please respond and do the some changes to improve the quality of service , thanks in advance to improve quality of service.

We will go to esi normally with health problems only but the medical stores people give only half medicine or other brand medicines which doctors not written and One big problem all gents OP patients and visitors/attendents are facing problem for going to Toilets- both ground floor gents toilet and first floor toilets will be in locked condition all the time due to this many are facing problem and going to sulab complex which is half km distance at shapur bus stop...
