Less modern facilities, this hospital needs modern equipment and structural care, It could be a better hospital if modern medical equipments provide by management to evry ward. Doctors And Nurses are very good and supportive. Protocol and rules for patients and their family must be notified before they misunderstood. Management should think about notice board in every ward. Hygiene is most important issue in this Hospital. Be careful. For everyone one staff, authority and patients give respect take respect don't demand respect, respect only earn by good behaviour, not by position. Kamarhati esi hospital such a good hospital but OPD is not helpful. After 2 p.m doctors are checking patient very quickly, not checking any reports properly. They are too lazy to take an emergency action.
