Don't believe good mostly don't have Medicine

I faced a horrible and worst experience of my life on the main entrance of ESI dispensary, sector 07, palam, dwarka . There was a guard understands himself the supreme authority of India. Me and my husband were shifted to arunodaya apartments three days before. We are not aware about the roads here and entered mistakenly inside the dispensary as gates are very similar here. We just moved merely five- ten steps and then noticed that we came wrong way and we turned back.Guard was not present at the entrance gate and came running from the dispensary and started to scream on us what you are doing , why are you going there. His intentions were to humiliate us as like we were going to do romance there. We first explained him very calmly but he started to argue with us in the most hurtful way. As I told him that i am going to call the police helpline he locked us inside the main entrance and started to threaten us. Then a second person came from the dispensary who tried to settle the argument ,but guard still talking to us very badly. Then a third old person came who was saying, you are married and not wearing any married idenification mark and living in hindustan. Finally because second person apologised to us , we came back to our home. I request to the highest authority of ESI to look into this matter and take suitable action. This is the most shameful act to suspect always looking a boy and a girl together without knowing their relationship.

Worst experience and rude behaviour of staff. The representatives of health ministry should make surprise visit and strict action should be taken against the bad mannered staff.

Disgusting behaviour They don't know how to behave with staff Even guard is behaving very rude I will never visit to this branch again . Very very irritating Even there is no facility of water Staff is behaving with us just like we r dogs and we r asking for a meal Need such a great improvement in this branch

The behaviour of doctors are very bad. They don't want to understand your problem. Instead they have their own way to create teouble for you. I never recommend anyone to visit there.

Doctors are slow, staff is slow, i really dont know whats the point of keeping it open as they can't handle the dispensary properly. average time you're gonna spend is around 2 hrs which is quite wastage of time. Better go for local doctors instead or refer to esi hospital.

Too much lazy, they said about reason is net server down, you have to stand in queue for atleast minimum 1 hour , please if u r in emergency don't come here, only 1 staff is available for making slip for all patient, slowest dispensery in world

I unfortunately visited on 14.12.17 ESIC sec-7 dwarka, at about 9.30am at room no.5 surprise to see body language ( I told him there is pain at my teeth dental problem required "he told me tomorrow at 10.00am doctor will come I ask again him I was fewer last night do you have medicine he clearly deny we don't have medicine I was so surprise to their RECRUITMENT is fair or something else) than I came to this dispensary are those not having option. I use 400 Rs. in private Dr. now 4000 cap will I will bare. Medicine line full of palam majority person my house 4-5 five mile away but this is my bad luck there is no options.
