Worst service bad behavior of doctor They are doing favour on us after waiting of 2 hours

Very poor service kabhi bhi medicine time per nahi milti And all day portal not working staff behavior is very roddly

Today my mom visited here with my dad for her checkup 2nd time in week beacouse called to doctor after given to mediation for a week. But by mistake they forgot to bring esi card, they goes to reception area for taking his token no. But there are two lady receptionist who asked about esi card my dad told her that forget card and we came here last week if u can check but they diract deny without card they can't any proceed. My dad was request again and again but they are not given any process they asked about soft copy in his phone but they was deny. After that my dad come back to home along my ill mom who's suffering from too much weekness. And take card then visit again. Very rood behaviour worst service by them.

Verry bad staff Including junior Doctors also All staff an professional except Incharge

So crowed.. I am not sure if the receptionist's behaviour was good... I felt she was hot tampered... Not a good experience. But apart from that other staff are good.
