Eshab Homestay Cottages & Menchu Spa - Home Stay in Sribadam - West District, India

The wooden cottages at Eshab homestay are well designed and decorated with a touch of local culture and warmth of homeliness. Our two day stay amid the tranquility of hills and tasteful decor of the rooms and the diner made it memorable. The warmth and hospitality exuded by the owner and staff makes the place a home away from home.

This is homestay is located in a splendid village. Mr. Kesang is a wonderful host. We have tried so many local dishes as per His suggestion. Full of greenery.. amidst of nature. Adventurous sightseeing....what a memory I tied with myself from that place!

The Homestay was a perfect vacation for me! It was what I needed - a quiet place outside the city! The room was very nice and clean. The host Eshab was amazing - he helped us with whatever we needed and guided us to nearby spots for visit. The new restaurant that is at the Homestay was beautiful and everything for a nice party in the evening. I stayed there for 2 days and enjoyed the Homestay only!

One of the best places to relax over the weekend. Had a really good time with friends. Also one the serene property.

Quite a good place to visit two or three days. A few trek routes are available here. Rooms and services are excellent. Less spicy foods which are as locals eat.

Location is good. But stuff and manager behavior is tremendous bad. They run their own rule. It's ok, the property is yours and you may implement your rule but they have to consider that the visitors are arriving from different place and culture. If room service is prohibited in your property, it should implement over all visitors. You have an open stage to perform, then you have to allow to perform (singing, recitation) your guest but they are very much influenced by local people. If visitor puts a different opinion, they calls their local young people and will beat and visitors can't do nothing at that point. Not recommended to book this place.

Very warm and hospitable hosts.They ensure your every need is met. The rooms are charming with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms have geysers and showers . The food is generously proportioned and quite tasty. Did a nice 2 hr trek with a guide through the village of Sribadam upto a pine forest.That was amazing. There are however no views from the cottages themselves. You have to walk to an adjoining field to get a 360 degree view of the surrounding hillsides.That would have been awesome on fine days but we were unfortunately fogged out. All in all a very nice stay at Eshab cottage.Would highly recommend it.

Awesome stay with quiet environment and open surroundings. A village nestled in nature with beautiful forests all around. Good hiking routes available. The local homemade food and wine is amazing. Very welcoming hosts and comfortable cottages.
