We came here for one day trip with our 2 yr baby for his birthday.. Enjoyed a lot.. Breakfast Food was Good. Maintaining Clean rooms. Worthy room. Great backwater views. Walkable distance to beach.

Fungus all over rooms. Ac is not proper. It gets switched off at midnight. Bathrooms are clean. Roof top is too good but not properly maintained. If the hotel management maintains it, this will be the best property for its excellent location. Staff service is good.

You will never choose to stay in a beach resort after staying in this hotel. We lost our expectations about this hotel right after stepping into it. No water supply, no remote for AC, no dental kit ... There is nothing fine in this hotel. Each and everything is either broken, rusted or in a shabby form. Foul smell can be felt everywhere.

With great expectations we stepped into Esha Heritage Inn but we were horribly depressed to find the furniture & all amenities in the room worn out without timely maintenance. Upon our arrival even the water supply was temporarily unavailable, we had to wait for 4 1/2 hours to use the wash. Water supply was getting interrupted on a regular period. The hot water facility was available only in the afternoon hours as it was functioning on Solar. They didn't turn on the corridor lights in the morning as it was pitch dark and so difficult to step a foot. All electronic appliances including the TV, Centralised AC even the kettle was malfunctioning and we had to seek help from the technician on a regular interval. As the walls are not properly maintained it was full of fungus. The small teapoy has sharp edges which pose great threat if not handled carefully. Even though they claimed to provide buffet breakfast the menu was not on par with a standard buffet. Only the tariff matched the 3 star facility, the facilities provided were below normal lodge. The manager Mr. Renjith treated us very well amidst these issues. The only positive is Sea view rooms & the manager's behaviour.

It was a wonderful stay at Esha Heritage inn. We got the beach view rooms, centralised A/c was so good, rooms were clean. Staff were polite, friendly and Helpful. I do recommend to stay here to experience the beauty of Cherai.

Stay was awesome. Comfortable rooms clean and neat. Staff were really veryful and very polite.

It was the wonderfull experience to stay here. The hotel located in at the best atmosphere in the beach side. Staffs are keep in best behaviors. Tottely i like it to spend here.
