The place and staff behaviour is just amazing. One of the best place for amazing music,drinks,food in a very affordable budget.but Food Quality need to be better Escalate does not only consists of cafe but as well as a happening club which is just amazing. The staff behaviour is also very good with fast service, Swapnes the manager came to wish me me on my special day over there. I would love to revisit the place.
I was trying to enter the club, there are 2 entrances to the club....5 staff members were located at an entrance that was closed...instead of directing guests to the right entrance...I was sent to an entrance that is closed, the staff member to my surprise had an excuse for a wrong routing. Having said that floor manager and Bar man are decently good.
As the club new ,the ambiance and customer service is up to the mark. I especially like the customer service of madam. As the location is not proper , the crowd is very less, but the service and ambiance is just wow.

Worst behaviour of staff. Guys be careful because of late night service they don't care. So customer is a king and has to be treated like king so just don't visit
