Erra karam is a traditional South Indian setup located above the Aura cafe with signature dishes bringing out the South Indian flavours and that too in a conservative approach without any fusion. Ambience here is also of a typical fine dining restaurant with a little royal look with the mirror and cream palette around and can get a little too bright at times. Service can be improved a lot with decreased TAT and increased staff numbers. All the Food we tried (veg) tasted delicious. In most cases, people go to a fine dining restaurant for comfort food which could be 60% veg atleast, so ample vegetarian options are a must. Prices are on par with the market standards but can be more competitive. The food ambience and service was first class Cannot be ignored if you want to dine in jubilee hills Cost is also proper and appropriate to the menu served.. Wonderful place to visit with family and friends

The cost is not worth the taste. The virjin mojito we tried was almost 350rs but didn't taste good at all. The pulao was not up to the mark. In restaurants like these with great ambiance we expect taste to match it. Disappointed with the food. But as we tried very few items, it is not justified to comment on the taste of all items. Do try it for once and see, but make sure your pockets are full while visiting. Service is good and dedicated as we were the only people in the restaurant at the time.

The food was so good that we actually forgot to take the photo of main dish and a side dish. The Manager of this restaurant, Mr. Sunil will assist you to choose the right item based on your tastebuds' experience. Food is definitely on the spicy end but there's nothing like a tasty Virgin Mojito (without alcohol) that can appease your tongue to try on some more of the spicy dishes there. Korameenu vepudu - 5/5 Tangdi kebab - 4/5 Kadapa chicken - 5/5 Raju gaari Biryani - 6/5 [Biryani fans here, so I can say that it's one of the best biryanis I have tasted] Service - without delay - Top Notch [I think the lady's name was Sowmya, who was on her toes to keep the table clean and well served] Cleanliness - As our elders say, You can tell how a house is kept by looking at it's washrooms. The similar one goes here. Sparkling clean. We were the first customers on that dinner time at 7 PM. But it was really neat and clean. To end this classical essay form of a review, I would say "DEFINITELY TRY THIS AMAZING RESTAURANT" and do reserve your table beforehand, because, the place is squeaky clean but also very limited seating. EXCLUSIVITY. So, reserve and be on time.

Kothimera Royyala Vepudu - 5/5- spicy and we can feel the kothimera flavour - Must Try Stuffed Mirapakaya Bajji - 2.5/5 - Served Hot but inside stuffed is bland.

What should I say about this restaurant ? aNt siin leedu - Meaning not a big scene for a traditional restaurant. This place is acting like a special local cuisine restaurant with bar but it mostly focuses on the bar aspect ! Ambience is so weird for a traditional local cuisine restaurant ! If I have to conclude in simple terms, except for the fried starters and pickle, there is nothing much to this place. The mutton starter was the best, and chicken & fish starter had no spice and was bland... Chicken soup was alright, and the biriyanis were too spicy to enjoy the taste. Alcohol drinks were cheap as single glasses but overpriced 3 times as bottle price !! Overall there is serious balancing issues in terms of taste and pricing ! Better to avoid this place, when you have other better options such as Zero 40 brewing around you. They do have a private smoking room which I have scene people enter and sit and smoke there for any smokers !

While the city Hyderabad boasts of innumerable South Indian dining restaurants but Erra Karam takes its to the next level with its upscale dining experience. Located at Jubilee Hills and known for its its fusion touch to its authentic South Indian cuisine,Erra Karam has recently added set thalis in the menu . The ambience is something that will amaze you as step in with that decor and lights making it even more classier. With a live bar counter and PDR upto 15 pax it's ideal for family dining or Corporate get togethers. Now the set thali with veg and non veg availability comes with soups ,starters , accompaniment, biryani with dessert and mocktail. Also tried some of the of items from the ala carte which included mamsam vepudu , cocktail idly and nalla karam tangdi kebab which was surely a delight to the tastebuds. Overall a lovely meal with top notch ambience with soothing classical music playing made my weekend sorted .

This is a late review, been to this restaurant on 17th October 2021 right about the time it was opened. The ambience of the restaurant was good, the food was good as well, enjoyed the food. Had everything from Egg Dosa to Starters to Parotta and Curry to Biryani to Curd Rice. Everything was on point and tasty. The only and biggest disappointment was when we ordered the desserts. They took more than 30-45 minutes to get the desserts. It came to a point that we asked them to cancel the desserts order so that we could leave. Finally when the desserts were served, all the wait was totally not worth any of it. They were one of the worst desserts I've had in any restaurant recently. We were 3 and all 3 of us together couldn't complete them not because of the quantity but because of the taste. I liked all the food except the desserts, its been about 6 months since my last visit would love to visit again sometime soon just for the food.
