Actually I have purchased the product on online Flipkart company where the installation of the product was failure because the installer they have sent to install the product was unable to install it. Then the company has cancelled the appointment of the installer without any intimation. Then the last alternative was to return the product. Fortunately, I called you and you have taken the innovative efforts and initiatives to make sure that the product must be installed properly. The new installer came to install the product thrice to install it properly. Being many kilometres away from the company, I could only telephonically convese with you regarding the installation of the product. I was very much aggressive to install the product but you have sorted the issue of the product in a very fine manner by keeping yourself calm and placid.
