We booked this property to spend year end break with friends as this property had the coastal Karnataka architecture vibes Pros: 1. Beach is 100m from the property 2. Property has kitchen with utensils and gas connection 3. Property has 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms (1AC, 2NonAC) and 2 bathrooms 4. Sufficient parking space for approximately 5 cars 5. Good Internet connection, and there is TV Cons: 1. Property has common bathrooms and no attached bathrooms 2. Poorly maintained bathrooms and rooms 3. There are 3 bedrooms- Congested and small rooms which is suffocating 4. Bedrooms have poorly maintained wardrobes 5. Complimentary breakfast was average 6. Property is approximately 20km away from the Mangalore town as a result there are few options for food delivery Overall an average property, I wouldn't recommend this place as its not value for money.
No words to explain the calmness. A stones throw away from a totally secluded beach ( as good as private most of the time) and a lot of space around the house. My kids spend most of the three days by the beach. The heritage house is very tastefully done up and kept neat and clean. All essentials are available with wifi and working kitchen too. Mr. Jeevan brought us some really yummy homely breakfast too. Communication with Mr. Ganesh to book and later was spot on. Always available on phone to help and support with any request. Thanks guys, we will be back soon.
It's a very old house with very minimum amenities added. Host mentioned it's a AC property but in reality there is just AC in 1 out of 3 rooms, we booked for 2 days but ended up cancelling for second day. Small congested rooms, if you open windows there are mosquitoes if you close it's suffocating, more so with the fans. There is nobody to help on the premise. Has 2 bathrooms but only 1 has geyser, not sufficient for all members.
If you're looking for an classic mangalorean style home that is a small street away from the beach this is a lovely option. We were treated frequently with traditional, local breakfast delicacies and had a good time disconnecting from the city and noise with the whole space to ourselves.
We enjoyed our stay. House has adequate facilities and zero disturbance. We could order food from a nearby restaurant. It's a very short walk to the sea.
Place is cool and few steps away from beach!! Place is spacious and wifi is unbelievably fast!

Beautiful place! Though it's just 1 bhk, they have ample space and provide beds to sleep. Recommended only for bachelors and small families. And the pool is fantastic and has a bar kinda set up near the pool.
