This shop is one of the oldest ice-cream parlours in Kashmir valley. The name 'Erina' would always fascinate ice-cream lovers. They have added many cafe dishes to their menu. Everything they serve is fresh and tasty. Their shakes, softies, biryani, chicken dishes etc. are really very good. I personally adore their cold coffee, which is mind blowing.
The desserts & ice-creams are excellent. The fruit custard, fruit salad & soft-serve cones are impeccable. The staff is very friendly.

Quality & quantity of food is good for the price, milk shakes are very good.
One thing is missing is hand wash, only washroom is there which is very small so no place for hand wash.

Great place in srinagar with a concept of cafe, momos were too good. Specially we enjoyed icecream here at 0 degree celsius temperature. Staff and service was too good.

Excellent place for softy and shakes. All the shakes are good except the dry fruit ones.Make sure to ask which flavours are available from the softy machine before ordering since the menu shows many flavours under the softy header which are not all from the softy machine ( e.g. butterscotch) but are just ice cream scoops in reality. Also avoid anything dry fruit because they simply add dry fruits as it is e.g. almonds with peel , whole not chopped to their shakes and bowls.I liked the cold coffee shake , mango , vanilla and mix softy.
It was really wonderful experience to order pizza, brownie,Pastry and Momos from coffee and more with free delivery..... Will order more in future in Sha Allah.....
