First of all, its not a public place!!! Entry here is restricted, only authorised persons are allowed inside the dam premises. Very good place to visit, full of green trees and cool breezes.
Irai Dam is on Irai river near Chandrapur and Tadoba Andhari Tiger Project in state of Maharashtra in India. But those days the sighting is restricted due to some foolish suicide attempts. Before visiting you should arrange permission to visit.
