My room was clean and comfortable with all amenities that they mention. The food in the restaurant was delicious and they had wi-fi and parking available. The hotel was very close to the railway station and the price I paid was reasonable as well. Overall, the hotel was no issue during check-in and the experience there was very good.
I stayed at the hotel and I was very happy with my stay. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The amenities like wi-fi, and parking, were there but the tv was not there I didn't need them so it wasn't a problem for me. Harki Pauri ghat's nearby location.

No DTH box present. AC remote not present. Manual buttons on AC not working. Bedsheets anr not cleaned. I spoke with OYO to suggest property with flexible checkout and they suggested this worst ever property which did not allow flexibility in checkout. After having discussion with around 1.5 hrs they allowed me to extend checkout at 1PM instead of 11 pm. Just bcz I confidently trying Oyo customer service infront of them. And customer service not accepting calls for more than hour. Pathetic to experience with Property and OYO as well
The first impressions was wow ... the staff was super nice and friendly. The room was clean and new and everything looked awesome. But then ... both the WiFi and the elevator didn't work at the same time. And most of the personal spoke only with simple English so we couldn't ask for help ... and yeah the place is far away from the center.
Very good guest house near Haridwar, very clean and very well maintained. The staff behaviour is also very very good. But One disadvantage is the hotel is not situated on main road. So You have to walk three four minutes from main road. And also a little bit distance from Haridwar ganga ghat.
