When talked over phone for some repairs, he used the words "je ni jetli AUKAT !!!". Sitting in market and doing such repair works the man on job used such arrogant words which big bosses never use. I just tried to show his AUKAT by this way.....I can never go to such counter whose words are so rough, how his repairs would be !!!
Very bad service center. I gave my printer to repair for not printing. They took 500/- for diagnosing the problem and inform me they will let me know the problems with printer and estimation cost to repair within 24 hours. After 72 hours, I enquire about printer, they said not checked & wait for some more time. Then I told, I want my printer back without diagnosis and return me 500/-. To which, they denied. After diagnosis, estimate cost to repair was 7500/- for a printer of cost 11000/-. Then I asked, how much money will I get, if I sold to service center. They told 1000/- only (500/- already paid by me to diagnose). Then I took my printer to another shop, they charged 400/- to repair. And printer is working nicely. Very very bad experience, they are looting money for small repairs/fixation. I gave 1 star because there are no negative stars to give.
Very humble any cooperative nature, as well as if no required any changable parts then not change atleast... And reply best and service is so. Good.... I Call them every time, mr. Yunusbhai and its team.... Nice service provider....

It's a very very big store. There are a lot of household equipment like TV, refrigerator, AC, laptops, mobile washing machines, home theatre, sound bar etc. Staff was also helpful but if you go on Saturday or Sunday then there is a very very rush.
