Best epson service center in chennai reasonable service charge & only necessary spare parts charged
Useless ! The lady technician charged me 750/- and the print head became useless ! The mechanism was jammed due to moisture from rainwater. I told her it was working perfectly till the last minute with fine card (pvc) printing. She said the head shows some lines and will cost 8000/- to replace with no guarantee ! I took it home and found the card tray is making a squeaking sound while printing and the print is horrible. How head will become defective if the printer is unused for about two months ? Earlier during the lockdown I was unable to use the printer for five months but it worked perfectly after head cleaning. Even for the squeaking sound when I rang the lady she says you did not inform that you are using card tray. She wants me to bring it again for repairs ! Useless and irresponsible ! The field technicians do a better job ! Don't ever make the mistake of bringing your printer to the service centre Supra Compec ! You will regret ! Call the field technician to your place if you want your printer's safety.

I gave my Epson printer for head cleaning and they said for service charge 300rs. After 1hr they they said that they cant unclog the blocked head so we need to replace the printer head which costs 4000rs. So i said no thanks, then they charged me 300rs for head cleaning which is not fair. I bought that printer for 7500rs its too costly to change the head and later i take that printer to local printer repair person he did the job well cleaned the head unclog the block in the head in front of my eyes and charged me 400rs which is reasonable price. Now the printer is working fine. Seems like they are not a professional people to do any service and charged fee for not solving the issue, so not recommended to service anything from them.
Worst service, i logged a compliant 8 days ago and the service engineer never attended the fault after a week they asked me to get the printer to the service center by myself even after taking the printer to the service center they said there are no engineers available for servicing and it will take more time which was never defined... this kind of hopeless service will never be there in HP or another company so never buy Epson printers...
