The most useless service center experience I have had. Had booked for a service visit yesterday as my printer of Epson was not in use for a year and now was not working. No sooner, I called the service centre I was told about the 550/- rupees service charges. I agreed to the same and was told the technician will visit my office the next day that is today. The technician visited my office, connected the printer to his computer and seeing that the print is not delivered, straight forward says the printer head is defective which is 5000/- rupees, takes his service charges if 550/- and disappears. For the first time, I hear that a company is charging service charges for beyond economical repairs. Even without opening the printer, if the technician could have told the head is defective, this could have been conyed to me over the phone too as I had informed the lady that the printer was not in operation for a year. I was under the impression that the technician would come over and make an attempt to clean the head. It seems he just came to take his service charges. This is state of affairs in Goa. I am very much sure that the person visited my office was not a technical person. It is a shame to know how people do business. There should be some ethics.
excellent service by competent technicians. they were able to resolve the issue in 15 minutes at very reasonable cost.
service done here is little ok.... bt location s very bad... u cannot find wre it is.... no proper board or clear banner.. nothing... bt service is ok
Its very good in each and every aspect of service the epson product. The stuff technician is very nice. They fulfill their satisfaction of customer in a given time.
Pathetic service center, technicians are lazy and don't know basics of repair, they know how to sell ink refills by fooling customers! Lucky for them, google does not have negative or ZERO rating system.
