One of best Gym in Chennai. I would say affordable and clean gym to workout daily. Efficient and friendly trainer. They have collaborate with Cult Fitness, it provides lot of benefit to user. Value for money.

Gym is very spacious and facilities are good. Equipments are of high standard. I take workout guidance from trainer Abbas. I had ligament injury in past.. his precise knowledge in training helps me to do workout without harming my ligament
