I dont know about operation or any surgery but the patient service is worst. They charge very high and not even care about patient. I have experienced multiple times that We are on que and some patient with reference get early access to diagnosis specifically ECG and ECHO. We are waiting outside since 2 long hours and still staff are saying to wait. I strongly recommend other places at least for diagnosis.

My mother had her bypass surgery been done here. She was in a very critical condition when we got here. But all thanks to doctors here. They are so well behaved, so professional and experts at what they do. Dr. Anil Jain who is the specialist in cardiac issues is a gem of a person. He is so humble. Also other staff is just amazing, they are just so helpful and kind. You will feel like home talking to them. All together, a great hospital to get treated.

I've had a surgery at epic hospital with Dr Marothi and stayed in hospital for almost 6 days. One of the best care I've received in hospital. Hospital staff is very very friendly and very responsive. They understand the needs of patient and do not think a moment to help day and night. It reassures my faith in people and hospital care. There are number of doctors, nurses, helping/ cleaning staff that care!

Went for mother's knee surgery. Dr. Saurabh Goyal did a great job in diagnosing, surgery and post surgery follow ups. The staff of the hospitals are really bad, they lack basic decency of working in hospital. They won't clean the patient bed after blood spill for hours even after reminding them every 15mins. They turn the dorm into fish market at night. You can hear the whole conversation, and when you ask them to keep it quiet they will start laughing. The rating for the staff and hospital is 0/5.

Writing this review regarding Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) / Bypass surgery. They have highly qualified team of doctors and very well defined operational procedure. Patient is taken care very well post surgery. Proper consultation and description is provided on discharge and exact contact details are also provided for any kind of help needed. Overall staff is helpful and would specifically like to mention that OPD manager Khushali Upadhyay is very supportive . Overall experience has been very good and satisfactory. Would highly recommend EPIC hospital for Bypass surgery.

My father-in-law had his operation done by Dr Jain and his team. Prior to reaching Epic hospital, we got different opinions about his health and survival by different doctors which made us loose our hopes of his recovery and survival, however we got to know about Dr. Anil Jain by relatives and we rushed there without thinking about consequences. We felt relieved and confident once we met Dr Jain and his team and thankfully the surgery went well and the recovery was good as well. During our stay in hospital, the surgery got postponed due to some emergency occurred in Rajasthan but Dr Jain approached very humbly and prioritised our case. It was good gesture from such a great surgeon. The overall staff members were really helpful. Thank you very much to the entire team for doing this great work and saving people's lives. Good luck

No one facility for reletive of patients no AC no sufficient fan in waiting area like first and second floor

Dr. Anil Jain, is best sergion, But his staff is very bad, Specially reception team & head admin, behavior is very bad. They are not caring for patient who is waiting more than two hours, just like government hospital like staff behavior. Need to improve.
