A great NGO commited to working for India's endangered lakes. They are an amazing and friendly group of people who work tirelessly for the cause. They are are not only restoring lakes to their former glory to serve their natural purpose but also raising awareness and a sense of ownership and pride among the people toward the environment. EFI are highlighting the importance of water in lakes and rivers for environmental, health, social and cultural reasons. They are leading by example and will hopefully be ever more important and influential in the future. We must join in helping to create a sustainable future!
