Envi Salon & Spa - The Walk, Thane - Hairdresser in Thane - Thane, India

This was the first time I went to Envi and I absolutely loved it! I got my hair coloured and it turned out exactly the same way I wanted it to be. Jyotsna was wonderful, she helped me throughout the process and she did magic to my hair. She was extremely sweet and polite and the way she coloured my hair, was absolutely stunning!

I went for a fringe cut before a function I had to attend. Disaster is not even close to what I got. 1. The person who they appointed for my cut was someone who does the shampooing otherwise. Maybe they thought it's just a fringe so how does it matter. 2. Everyone in the salon was just getting their hair colored so i should have figured that is their specialty and not haircuts. 3. The person appointed saw a picture of what I wanted which was side fringes so he took a chunk of my hair twisted it to the side and just chopped it off like some YouTube video. 4. He just cut the hair once and that's it! That was the fringe cut. And when I complained he told me that's the picture I showed him. I told him to thin out the front and he just walked away telling the stylist next to him to do something. 5. I have had my fringes cut for the past ten years and I know what a fringe cut looks like. The people on the reception tell me that I showed him the photo so he cut it that way. So apparently I was responsible for having a hair cut like a prisoner. 6. Their senior stylist tried to fix it but obviously fringes are not fixable and two weeks later I still look foolish and have to pin everything up! Moral of the story - All these good reviews might be for hair color because I would have definitely cut my own fringes better than this after seeing any tutorial. Also they charged 350/rs for the same.

I went for a gel paint removal and had a horrible experience. The technician had no knowledge or experience and he was just scrubbing my nails. The lady at the counter made a mistake by taking the job even though she knew the expert technician was not available due to Ganesh Chaturthi. Avoid going to Envy The Walk. Their service is pathetic and my nails are chapped.

This was my first visit to Envi for a hair cut. I am really impressed with the way Jyotsna handled my requirements and gave me a new look. She did her job well. I loved the experience. Thank u !!

My experience at the salon was truly delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and offered tea/coffee, which set a positive tone for my visit. I want to express my special thanks to Neelam for her dedicated service and the efforts she put in to ensure I was comfortable. The cleanup facial she provided was truly awesome, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated. The staff's politeness and supportiveness made my visit memorable, and I highly recommend this salon for their exceptional service and hospitality.

Done facial by Nilam. It was awesome, her hands were magical. Totally recommend her service. Next had a haircut and Swapnil has done a fab job. Love my new hairstyle. Thanks to both of them.

This is Vikas more I recently visited Envy salon and spa The walk Thane.Very nice service by Abrar.He done exact same hair cut which I wanted and his behaviour and skill is awesome.Apart from that Utkarsh sir also helpful.Very nice service overall.Must recommended salon and spa center.Thanks a lot Envy team for a wonderful service.Keep it up!

My visit to this outlet for threading and waxing wasn't pleasant.The beautician seemed inexperienced and lacked confidence , especially with my complex eyebrows, which ended up being spoiled.The waxing experience with another beautician wasn't great either. I wouldn't recommend it.
