Pathetic organisation. One of my friend had received a job offer here and when the joining day was about 2 days she gets a call from HR team (Renuka) saying to join after a week because they have Diwali holidays and then she (HR) will be on leave. Just because HR is on leave the candidate was not allowed to join! While calling up her on this matter she didn't even receive single call in 2 to 4 days. Later when this matter was escalated to the senior management team the HR (Renuka) then came up with ego and cancelled all the recruitment. She denied joining by saying they are keeping position on hold.
